Why we use your data
We use your first name, the email or phone number you provide, your enquiry and any optional company name to respond and prepare an offer. If you attach a calculator summary, we also process its assumptions and results to discuss a potential rollout. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other correspondence and abuse prevention, our legitimate interest in communication and service security (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or support advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Required and optional information
Providing data is voluntary. The form has four fields: first name, company, email or phone, and your message. Your first name, one contact method — email or phone — and a message are required to submit it. Company name is optional. You can choose to attach a calculator summary and remove it before sending; it does not replace your message. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential customer documents.
Recipients and retention
The controller and hosting/email providers process correspondence as needed to deliver these services; legally authorised bodies may also receive data. We retain enquiries while handling the matter, then only as necessary for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending claims. Ask us about the period applicable to your case. The form sends data only to the localllm.pl hosting and business mailbox, not to public AI tools or a third-party form service. Ask the controller about provider processing locations and any transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction, and where applicable portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact biuro@localllm.pl. You may complain to Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Storage and security
The site has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Browser storage holds only your reduced-motion preference. Interface events contain no form text, are not sent to analytics services and are not stored persistently by the site. The form uses an essential session cookie to protect submission. Anti-spam controls store a hashed IP address and attempt count in hourly windows, not message contents or calculations. Hosting and email providers may maintain technical logs needed for service operation and security.
Local preview
When opened from a file on your computer, the form does not send data to a server. It prepares a message to open in your email app or copy. The site does not save form contents to local storage.
